The home of Maumelle arts will be a Center of Excellence in Arts Education. Building for the future requires careful planning. Arts programming including diverse arts and cultural classes, performance and exhibitions creates a solid base for a permanent home for the Maumelle community arts.

Twenty-six acres have been reserved by the Maumelle City Council as a future site for a home for Maumelle community arts. This prime property, located next to the Maumelle Middle School, is bordered by the wetlands, a part of Arkansas' natural history.
